What I like about this book is that it has a very strong message to women in leadership rolls or who aspire to be leaders: You can’t lead the herd and follow at the same time. The book gives a straight forward, practical, down to earth message on how to achieve this. It is not the type of book you are going to read once and put down – it’s the type of book that you are going to read again and again. There are certain times in your life that you will need the different chapters and my advice to you is to write notes in it as you go along and refer to those notes from time to time.
He’s written the book in such a way that it can be used by any women from a domestic worker, a teacher, to a nurse, to a CEO.
