By now, everyone knows that the shattering impact of COVID-19 has brought on a business crisis without precedent in recent memory.
The pandemic will fundamentally reshape how we do business from now on. Even if lockdowns end soon and the virus is staunchly suppressed never to return, its effect will linger.
